Counselling

At Bangkok Psych Associates you will find counsellors from a variety of fields, including education, health care, and psychology. Counsellors help the client resolve conscious conflicts with the focus on setting goals and problem solving. A wide variety of techniques may be used, but is mainly based around verbal communication. Counsellors assist the client to focus on constructive behaviours which will help them reach specific goals. The BPA Counsellors offer counselling on a broad range of issues, including adjusting to the expat life, family or relationship issues, depression, anxiety, lack of motivation and issues with family, friends or colleagues. Ed Psych Assessment

Educational Psychologists are applied psychologists who work primarily within an educational context. They work within a consultation framework, providing support and advice to providers, schools, and parents on children’s special educational needs and how those needs might best be met. Their work includes, where appropriate, individual assessment work with children and helping teachers to plan intervention programmes. Contact us here

Telephone / Internet Therapy

Occasionally we may need help, support or guidance from a therapist, but it would be impossible to travel to the office.
